Is it just me or is every one of Clare’s books crawl their way to a fleeting climax? I observed that in ALL of her books, I had to endure mind numbing, yawn-worthy moments to get to the interesting part- the final battle !!

Sure , Cassy Clare did a good job of creating the world of Shadowhunters and we are all eager for the next release (Heavenly fire) yet I can’t wonder how I will endure the first half.

Clockwork Prince did lack the essence – threat from Clockwork creatures!! I didn’t find this book as interesting as the first; Tessa moping around with Parabatai was interesting nevertheless if this one aspect alone had to contribute to the entirety of the book then there isn’t any use naming it Clockwork Prince.

I have read a lot of reviews that exalted Infernal Devices, and I hope the Clockwork Princess with prove its worthiness.
